Returns & Refund Policy

We want your party to be perfect! If you have changed your mind about your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.

1. Return Eligibility (Unopened Items)

To maintain the quality and hygiene of our party supplies, items must be returned in the exact condition they were received.

  • Sealed Packaging: Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original heat-sealed or factory packaging.

  • Hygiene & Safety: For health reasons, we cannot accept returns on items where the packaging has been opened, specifically tableware (plates, cups, napkins, cutlery) or balloons.

  • Condition: Items must have all original tags and labels attached.

2. How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at shoppingislandeu@gmail.com to request a return.

  2. If approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.

  3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  4. Items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Opened Items: Any product where the original packaging or seal has been broken.

  • Custom/Personalized Goods: Any decorations made specifically for your event.

  • Sale Items & Gift Cards: Items purchased during a sale or clearance event.

  • Hygiene-Sensitive Items: Any product involving direct skin contact (e.g., items with adhesive/silicone) cannot be returned if the box has been opened.

4. Damages & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your decorations as soon as they arrive. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at shoppingislandeu@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue before your event date.

5. EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Customers within the European Union have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days for any reason. However, the items must still meet our eligibility criteria: they must be unopened and in their original packaging.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved Refunds: Will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Late Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days of approval, please contact us at shoppingislandeu@gmail.com.

We recommend starting your return process as soon as possible to ensure your items are back with us within the 14-day window.
